Founder of Shellter Real Estate Agency, Benjamin Dumez is an entrepreneur with 10 years‘ experience in the hotel and luxury real estate sector.
Born into a family of hotel owners, Benjamin’s professional career has mainly focused on the hotel industry and luxury real estate. Between operational management positions in the hotel industry in Paris and as a real estate agent in Saint-Tropez, it’s only natural that in 2019 he should launch his own real estate agency to manage the sale and rental of villas and apartments on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Sabrina Carlevaris, a native of the area, and Benjamin Dumez, who has been rooted on the peninsula since his youth, thrive on their complementary skills. This young couple work in the fields of architecture and real estate. Two personalities with the ability to “build” the project that’s right for you.
Whether in Saint-Tropez, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Grimaud or La Croix-Valmer, this daughter and granddaughter of masonry craftsmen, born on the peninsula and educated in Paris and Quebec, knows what she’s talking about when she says she’s involved in every phase of a project. From sketches to site supervision, she always makes sure she surrounds herself with the best people to create living spaces that are unique to each individual.
